If you cancel a workshop or class more than 2 weeks before the class date, there is a $50 administration fee.
If you cancel a workshop within 2 weeks, and we cannot fill your spot, you will have a credit that never expires and you can use at anytime*
Trip deposits and fees are determined by the terms of conditions of the external vendors
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure are 100% non-refundable. If the space is resold, the final payment will be refunded less the $500.00 per person cancellation processing fee.
Dates are non-transferable.
No refunds for trips already in progress.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to park closures, poor access conditions. These policies apply to all cancellations including those arising from trail conditions, park closures, highway conditions, flight cancellations, weather and fire conditions, illness, government restrictions due to pandemics/natural disasters, etc. We strongly advise that you have cancellation and medical insurance.
Bad weather In the 14 years of running classes in outdoor environments all over the world, we have rarely had to postpone a class/experience because of weather (where is some wood to knock on::) But, every once in a while, we get skunked by Mother Nature. If we have to cancel a class due to weather we will offer a new date.
*Due to our small class sizes, cancellations can substantially effect whether or not the class goes forward. We will do our best to run the class with the fewest people if not we will offer a new date.
