Before digital cameras and the invention of this thing called the sensor, we had film. Most of the worlds most historic moments- the greatest photos- were created on film.
I began my career in a small darkroom in Saskatchewan. Then for the next 20 years I shot thousand of roll of film. Shooting film is an amazing experience. Film makes you slow down. It makes you see. It makes you think. It makes you feel like you are creating ...art. It makes you a better photographer. And...I love the mystery of not knowing what you shot until you get it processed.
I love watching the image come to life in the darkroom!
